Is this a legit massage or something else?
Yes, we are a legitimate massage service offering professional, therapeutic treatments in a safe and respectful environment. All services are provided by trained staff and are focused solely on wellness and relaxation.
How much does a massage cost in Nha Trang, Vietnam?
Massage prices in Nha Trang vary depending on the quality and type of spa. Budget options can start from around 200,000 - 300,000 VND, while professional, high-quality spas typically range from 400,000–700,000 VND for a 60-minute massage.
At reputable spas like Pure Vietnam Beauty & Spa, prices generally start from around 410,000 VND for a 60-minute treatment, offering higher standards of hygiene, trained therapists, and a more relaxing experience.
Do you change towels after every customer?
Yes, all linen is changed after every customer. We do not turn over or re-use any towels, sarongs or face crest covers. All linen is sent to a professional laundry for cleaning.
Do you reuse wax?
No. Used wax is discarded with each use.
What wax do you use?
We use Caron wax from Australia. We use hard wax for bikini, brazilian, under arms and other delicate body parts. We use strip wax for arms, legs, chest, etc.
How well are your staff trained?
All staff are trained to the highest Australian and International standards by the Australian owner/operator who has a Diploma in Remedial Massage, certificates in waxing, Lomi Lomi massage, Bowen Therapy and more. He has over 14 years experience in Remedial Massage, waxing, facials, etc in Australia and over 12 years in Vietnam.
How will the massage therapist know what I want?
Our receptionists speak excellent Vietnames, English and Korean. Our massage staff speak some or a lot of English, so you will be able to tell them what you want. We have also developed a unique form, available in many languages, for you to fill out to inform our staff what style of massage you want, what pressure you want, any areas you want more attention on and what areas you do not want massaged. This form is taken into the room for your treatment so the staff will fully understand what you require.
What if the massage is too light or too hard?
Please don’t hesitate to tell your massage therapist to go harder or softer. Even though you have filled in a form with your preference, each person’s idea of hard, medium or soft is different. Our staff are always happy to change the treatment according to your preferences.
Can I have a shower before or after the massage?
Yes. We have three rooms with showers. Just inform our receptionists in advance and they will ensure you are in a room with a shower so you can have a shower before and/or after your massage.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No, professional massage establishments do not request you to pay in advance. If you are at a massage place and asked to pay before you go to the room you are more than likely at the wrong type of place.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard
What about my privacy?
We will provide you with disposable underwear to wear and you will also be covered by a sarong during your treatment. Our massage therapists have been trained in professional draping techniques and respect your privacy at all times.
All of our massage therapists are skilled healers and exhibit a professional attitude at all times; at no time are you permitted to lie naked on the massage table or ask for the towel to be taken away. Sexual advances towards your massage therapist will cause the immediate cessation of your treatment.
What if I’m pregnant?
No problem, we have specially designed pregnancy cushions from “Body Support Systems” in the U.S.A. You can lay face down in absolute comfort. Please tell our staff before your treatment so we can ensure they use the cushions. 
Do I need to tip?
No, tipping is not compulsory. It is completely up to you if you wish to tip. Of course it is appreciated by our staff if you tip them for a job well done but our staff will never ask for, or make you feel uncomfortable about tipping.
Do you have lockers for my valuables?
Yes, we have lockers in the rooms. They are key lockable and there is a stretchy cord so you can put your key around your wrist if you wish. Although we do not think it is necessary as we trust all our staff. But we do this so that you will feel more comfortable and relaxed while you have a massage in a foreign country. We do not recommend going to places that ask you to put your belongings in a locker that is not in the room you are in.
Can I look at the room before my massage?
Yes, you are more than welcome to come and have a look around. As long as the rooms are available at the time our staff will gladly show you the massage rooms.
How many people will be in the room?
You will only share a room with someone you wish to share with. We have private rooms as well as one room with 2 massage tables, sauna, spa and Shower "Deluxe Room" and one room with 3 massage tables and a shower
How will a massage therapy session benefit me?
With professional massage therapy you can experience relief from muscular tension and pain, receive increased range of motion and a reduction of mental stress levels. Massage is a natural healing process that can deliver both physical and emotional benefits.
Will I experience muscle soreness following a deep Tissue Massage?
Most people report feeling very relaxed and often experience significant relief from aches, pains and stress after a massage session. However some people, especially those who require deep-tissue massage, experience mild muscle soreness, which may last a day or two. Once the soreness is gone, they often notice better energy levels and an increased range of motion. It is very good following a deep tissue massage to drink a lot of water the day of the massage and the next day.
